Good communication skills in English both oral and written. Experience in similar position in hotel industry. Good knowledge and clear understanding of the Cambodian Labor Laws and implementation in the industry. General administration tasks required by the Resort and its management. This will also include purchasing tasks and other tasks related to accounting department. Knowledge on the basics of the role; example: payroll, NSSF insurance, employee attendance, company philosophy, vision, mission, standards, employee’s handbook and others.
