- Manage customer relationship to maintain and generate new sales - Visit/meet with clients to make new sales - Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Company - Provide daily sales report - Conduct regular market and dealer visits and provincial missions - Other tasks assigned by management - Manage and lead the operation on the marketing campaign by promoting the products and services to ensure that the market share and expanding its operation without encountering risks are effectively executed at the under control area - Build new relationships and strengthen existing client relationships - Oversee and organize team activities to ensure cohesiveness of team and productivity of team members - Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members
