- Coordinates the formal customer complaint (inclusive of issuance of CAR, participation in team problem investigation and identification of appropriate containment/corrective and preventive action, - Generates Procedure/Work Instruction and updates QA activities - Trains QA supervisor, Lead girl and operator on QA procedures, work instructions and QA equipment. - Reviews of customer documents concerning inspection criteria, sampling plan, inspection and measurement and testing requirements. - Coordinates with QA section of MSA studies on QA equipment. - Coordinates establishment, implementation and maintenance of quality system that are compliant to the requirements of international standards and customers. - Coordinates 2nd party audit inclusive of audit proceedings, corrective and preventive action review and response, verification of effectiveness of corrective / preventive actions. - Supervises document control section to ensure all controlled documents are up to date and Document On Line System (DOLS) is well maintained.
