- Match billing invoice, receiving note , PO, PR, check approval of document - Indicate supplier code on each billing invoice and indicate account code - Create batch on CS3 in A/P module and post to G/L. - Print Remittance Advices, A/P and submit WHT to GDT. - Prepare Tax Filling documents - Receive Debit Advice/Receipt from Bank and check amount against bank statement and attached debit advice with remittance- Controlling of Fixed assets
