- Provides financial service to staffs in daily basis. She or he prepares all necessary documents by checking, verifying and ensuring that all documents are correct with the financial standard. - She or he will produce financial reports to Manager. Role and Responsibilities - Managing invoice and record into the system daily - Issue any receipts to staffs or supplier - Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions - Preparing balance sheets - Handle Pretty cash and cash flow - Maintains financial security in comply with internal controls. - Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

** Problem Solving - Coordinate effective tasks with team and staffs - Support the team to find new strategy to improve financial system - Be able to handle any problems within his /her work areas - Provide necessary daily service to staffs according to financial practice Required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors Knowledge: - University Degree in Accounting and Business administration - Understand how technical system work in Finance - Use to do the tax before (if have) ** Skills: - 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting - Strong computer skills, including e-mail, windows, Microsoft office , spreadsheet and QuickBooks - Good at Mathematics skill - Reporting Skill ** Behaviors: - React to the problem immediately - Be honest and accountability - Think outside of the box - Be creative of working area - Strictly maintains confidentiality of financial within the Organization. - Time Management - Be able to work as a team Complete the task results on time
