Responsibility: • Assist to manage petty cash expenditure weekly and monthly • Support the monthly tax return, annual tax (TOP, patent, property). • Assist to manage cash hand bank reconciliation • Daily entry accounting transaction • Post Invoices receipts into accounting system • Assist to process payment to supplier with enough supporting documents. • Record accounting entries in QuickBooks system and ERP • Assist to manage Stock in, Stock out, ending balance make sure inventory stock is correctly • Support to manage staffs profile and key-in in master list • Support new staff on board and check list • Assist to control staff attendant and leave • Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Responsibility: • Bachelor degree in Business Management or Accounting or related skills • Fresh graduated or one year experience in that field • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, and e-mail...) • Good in English communication skills, strong organization and problem solving • Highly responsible & reliable, honesty, and hard working
