** Roles and Responsibilities: Site Engineer / Irrigation Engineer is reporting directly to site manager/Construction Management Director and supervision day to day operation of site work. - Feasibility and detail design studies (Large Scale Irrigation) - Topographical survey works and water balance. - Crop water requirement calculation. - Irrigation water requirement, potential and evapotranspiration. - Irrigation and drainage design, technical drawing. - Follow up with site engineer of contractor and sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design, specification, or planning. - Interact with site manager for clarification in site irrigation, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit. - Identify and highlight possible risk on project. - Accurately inventorying construction material. - Provide prompt supervisor to ensure quality and timely completion. - Other tasks are assigned by site manager.
