- Coordinate and support sales team in Phnom Penh as the company’s strategies. - Ensure sales and distribution model in line with company’s objective. - Design, execute and evaluate the distribution model/ route to market (RTM) performance or target. - Learning, Sharing and Accelerate Good Practice/ Best practice. - Learn and provide financial analysis input to commercial team. - Calculate analyze monthly trade incentives (Cooler Club,….)

- Fresh graduate or year-4 university students are encouraged to apply - Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet and E-Mail (able to use Excel Formula/ Function is a plus). - Good English - Sales, marketing or market research or data analysis experience is a plus. - Able to communicate well and coordinate with internal and external customers. - Teamwork spirit, open minded and willing to learn and share. - Able to travel and stay in other provinces. - Own the motor bike to work with sales team and the acceptable smart phone for communication & discover new Apps. - Able to drive a pick-up truck for working (carried driving valid license) is a plus.
