Jobs Description

- Preparing new employee files - Prepare employee employment contacts - Issue internal announcement as per assigned by Department Manager - Organizing and supervising the internal notice board - Ensure with all department concerns on the accuracy of the attendance of the staff and workers - Responsible on staff and worker’s attendant and Leaves. - Weekly report the leaves of the sweeper’s again manual attendant and identify if there would be any concern to be clarify with the supervisor. - Weekly report on worker figure print and identify any concern that need to be taken action - Make sure workers attendant clarification with Supervisor and or Leader when required - Installation of staff and worker figure print - Administer all the forms such as HR forms, Admin forms and purchasing forms - Staff and workers leaves tracking and report and Supervise the staff attendant and Leaves. - Maintain staff filling and the filling of the department under Manager Supervision. - Responsible for the arrangement of monthly staff and workers payroll. - Responsible for monthly pay slip. - Assist the manager with the process of staff and worker’s benefit such as probationary, yearly performance appraisal, promotion and recognition ext. - Responsible for over time checking and confirming. - Responsible for the supervisory and provide full support on the work of laundry management. - Supervise payroll assistant - Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations - Properly handle and dealing with complaints - Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees - Other assignment that may assigned by the manager. Requirements - University students or Bachelor degree of General Management, Human Resource Management or other related fields - At least 1-year experience with HR and Admin tasks - Experienced working for a Company is preferable - Able to work under pressure - Good in English, both speaking and writing - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Able to use Microsoft office, Internet and e-mail - A Well-organized person Assistant Payroll - Assist and coordinate with all departments concerning on the accuracy of the attendance leave of the staff and workers - Weekly report the leaves of the sweeper’s against manual attendant and identify if there would be any concerns to be clarified with the supervisor. - Weekly report on worker figure print and identify any concerns that need to be taken action - Staff and workers leaves tracking and report. Jobs Requirement

Purchaser - Responsible for all purchasing management works such as request for quotation, quotations comparison report, process the purchase order and purchase the item. - Responsible for identifying the need of the suppliers of the cleaners, cooks, and other concerned departments with monthly request and reports. - Produce monthly supplier reports. - Produce monthly purchasing report. - Produce daily purchasing tracking report - Provide good and full support with supervisory on the inventory management work to the Administration Assistant / stock keeper. - Provide good and full support on the Fuel and Oil issues - Identify the requirement or spare part, fuel, oil, operational stock and uniform and process the request for purchase - Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basic - Review deliveries against the orders. - Prepare payment to suppliers with sufficient supporting documents - Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. - Responsible for annual road tax payment - Other assignments assigned by the department manager - University students or Bachelor degree of General Management, Human Resource Management or other related fields - At least 1-year experience with HR and Admin tasks - Experienced working for a Company is preferable - Able to work under pressure - Good in English, both speaking and writing - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Able to use Microsoft office, Internet and e-mail - A Well-organized person Requirements - University students - At least 1-year experience with HR and Admin tasks - Experienced working for a Company is preferable - Able to work under pressure - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Able to use Microsoft office, ** Benefits - The salary is competitive according to the candidates’ performance. - Moto bike, fuel, phone card allowance. - Lunch provided. - Work injury insurance and health care NSSF. - Yearly appraisal work performance. - Seniority bonus. - Others
