• Bachelor of Educational Management, Business Administration or related fields • At least two-year experience in coordination in a large group • Ability to conduct, organize and coordinating the implementation of extra-curricular activities for students • Have a working knowledge of and interest in indoor and outdoor activities; especially games, sports, art, and music. • Good command of spoken and written Khmer & English • Good command of negotiation, decision making skills and problem solving skills • Good command computer literacy • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Self-managed, self- motivated and highly responsible • Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively • Result oriented and follow-up
