- Maintain the companies hiring procedures by developing and updating job requirements and job descriptions for a range of positions, with assistance from department managers. - Conduct a recruitment program, job screening, job monitoring and reference checks - Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. - Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. - Other tasks as assigned by the management team

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or relevant field - At least 2 years of experience in supervisory/managerial role in relevant field - Excellent command of spoken and written English - High level of multi-tasking skill and able to perform the job independently - Good attitude, and work well under pressure for excellent result
