- To be responsible in the preparation and organizing the site works. - To prepare daily/weekly work planning, schedule and coordinate with Off Site Department for the mobilization of the manpower. - To manage site equipment/materials and coordinate with stakeholders. - To train staff on work procedure, technical knowledge and skill to improve work performance. - To supervise all documents related to site drawings, specifications and Bill of Quantity. - To perform other relevant tasks as required by Supervisor.

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field; - At least 2 years experiences related to site works management. - Good oral and written in both English and Khmer; - Project management and Communication Skill. - Ability to work independently. - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. - Computer literacy especially MS Office
