- Receive payment by cash, checks, and other transfer. - Check expense before payment - Cash and bank reconciliation - Prepare Journal Voucher and Payment voucher - Prepare Payment request Form for all expenses - Posting transactions to Quick Books System - AP/AR, Tax declaration , monthly accounting closing - Prepare staff advance reconciliation - Control on accrual expense and Check stock report

- Degree in Accountant and Finance, Business Administration or related discipline - 1 year experience in accounting - High level of numeracy to evaluate complex statistical financial information is required - Strong managerial, business development, analytical and research skills - Strong leadership qualities with a pro-active, results-oriented and positive - Willingness to work on flexible scheduling - Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
