ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Analyze consumer behavior of the company products and report to the management  Analyze trends and results  Prepare marketing collateral for sales and marketing purpose  Monitor sales trend and work with marketing department to hit the sales targets  Assist the Company to achieve short and long term business growth  Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand  Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand  Overall responsibility for sales matters

REQUIREMENT  Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or the equivalent Degree  Excellent interpersonal skills; written and oral communication skills  Knowledge in using computer includes Word, Excel, and Power Point  Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team  5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including business planning and analysis, and brand building, preferably from Real Estate Development Sector.  Knowledge and understanding of the industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain and business practices to exploit all available business opportunities
