Jobs Description

- Have overall responsibility for management of HR department. - Responsible HR’s objectives, policies are well developed and implemented in accordance with organization’s vision, mission and strategies as well as local labor law. - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies - Responsible that Job description and work flow are regularly updated. - Responsible for all benefits from the company, work place insurance and health insurance: preparing monthly report and payment to NSSF. - Conduct wage survey within labor market to determine and make recommendations relating to competitive compensations and benefits packaging. - Manage all matters related Recruitment & selection, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Training & development, Employee Relations, Employee Communications, --- Payroll & Productivity Management and People Management. Liaises with the labor authority for all related matters. Propose for labor contract, salary review, promotion or replacement. Produces monthly HR report and Manpower report. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. - Build up regulations and make plan of using property, equipment in Factory. - Control discipline procedures. - Manage and propose expense plan. - Ensure high standards personal presentation & grooming. Oversees the food quality and cleanliness of cafeteria. Responsible for all works related to Personnel & Admin department and ensure all staffs work efficiently. i.e. create, update personnel database, following up attendance preparation of payroll. - Handle confrontations in the factory accordingly and resolve matters professionally. - Other Ad Hoc duties assigned by the General Manager.

Jobs Requirement

- At least 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing companies - Strong knowledge of HR policies, Compensation & benefit, Performance Appraisal system and social responsibility. - Fluent in Khmer, English with good written and spoken (literate in Chinese is an advantage). - Teamwork and leadership skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
