1. Good understanding of vision, mission, goals, policies, bylaws and other regulations of ministry of education, ministry of commerce, finance and economics and other relevant institutions; 2. Bachelor of Information Technology, Educational Management, or related fields; 3. Good English proficiency, proven by at least TOEFL of over 500; 4. Strong organizational, communication, report writing, facilitating skills, and good interpersonal skills; 5. Good knowledge of business operations and educational management; 6.
