 Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.  Achieve targets set by the company in relation to legal completions (units sold), Marketing Budget Spend, average selling price, sales selling overhead.  Creating marketing campaigns and leading the event.  Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models  Manage advertising schedules and create/implement design concepts  Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.  Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.  Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.  Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.  Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.  Liaise with the Corporate Marketing and Communications and PR team  Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.  Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.

 Master Degree of Management, bachelor Degree in field of Business Administration or related BBA  5 years’ experience with Real Estate sector  Excellent and confident communicator both Khmer and English  Dynamic and competence to deal with annual sales volumes  Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds  Self –disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results  A motivational team-leader focused on managing, coaching and developing the Sales team to achieve their full potential
