Site Engineer: - Ensure that project designing matches with the needed and functional. - Regular site visit to check on construction progress and process detail drawing. - Deal with the problem that might come up during construction process. - Material calculation(អាចវាយតំលៃ និងគណនាអំពី Material ផ្សេងៗ ដែលត្រូវប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការសាងសង់)​ - Extra claims rise by project manager 2. Architecture: - Responsible to complete own designing work in timely and efficient manner; - Coordinate the work of the project with Engineering team; - Carry out regular site visits to check construction progress to monitor compliance with plan; - Join to resolve problems and issues that might arise during construction; - Assist to file document both hard and soft copy - Other task will assigned by management

* លក្ខខណ្ឌ៖ 1. Site Engineer: - Holding Bachelor’s degree. - 2-3 years’ experiences working for construction project. - Be able to use application 2D & 3D, AutoCAD and other related application - Be able to manage workers at the assigned location - Teamwork, honest, be able to work under the pressure 2. Architecture: - Male - Bachelor degree in Architecture field or related. - At least 2-year experience in similar position. - Be able to use computer application (2D, 3D Max, sketch up, Google sketch up, modeling and V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop and MS office) - Good communication, friendly and welcoming person. - Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. - Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated - Able to work under pressure and good at team work. - Be able to manage workers at the assigned location
