Working hours: 8.30-12.00/1.30-5.30, Monday to Friday - Receive and update information related to price contracts, promotions, amendments, renovations and other information on all services (hotels, restaurants, transportation, boats, flights, guides, activities and entrance fees) - Monitor and manage all data updates and file-related documents in the server for future reference - Systematically organize, tidy up database and archive documents in a proper way for backup - Record a daily list of inputs into the ERP system to monitor what has been updated - Report and participate in weekly / monthly meetings with the Database team leader concerning a work progress update
