1. Associate Development Program (Attract, Develop and Empower) a. assesses associates’ needs for training b. aligns training with the organization’s strategic goals c. designing and assessing training programs. d. evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors e. delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of associates f. supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes g. enables associates to better carry out their current responsibilities and become promotable for future opportunities. The onboarding program enables new AFC associates to be productive team members. 2. Labor Laws is followed, including submission of documents to relevant ministries. 3. Recruitment, Hiring and Probationary Period Processes select successful associates, who understand their jobs, want their jobs and are capable of doing their jobs, in addition to matching AFC’s Core Values. 4. Employment Practices support a respectful, mutually-beneficial, productive and lawful working community. The AFC Associate Handbook is kept current and followed as appropriate. 5. Social Responsibility is practiced by the company, supporting associates, community and environment. AFC complies with and is certified to SA8000 and ISO 14001 or similar international standards. 6. General Administrative Support and Transportation is provided to other departments and associates by the General Office Assistants. 7. Feedback and Communication Systems facilitate group problem solving by being available and accessible to a wide range of AFC associates.

Jobs Requirement

- Level of Job-related Experience Specialist (minimum 4 - 5 years of job-related experience) -Level of Education Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or comparable experience. - Problem Solving – Identifies problems and makes them visible to others. Goes to see the source or site of the problem. Uses logic and root cause analysis to find the deeper cause of the symptoms. Collaborates with others and is open to different and unusual perspectives. Investigates and asks questions. Able to design and finish experiments. Expresses some patience with the trial and error process. Uses the results of experiments to plan and implement solutions. Supervisory Skills – Able to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Can use a range of supervisory styles from frequent and specific direction to occasional and general direction, depending on what is appropriate for the situation. Ideally, able to appropriately control the situation without directly controlling associates. Coaches and develops others; able to train staff and develop subordinates’ skills. Encourages others.to learn and grow. Able to foster teamwork among staff members. Manages interpersonal conflicts to move forward and make progress. - Organizational Leadership – Able to view short-term projects and tasks from a longerterm perspective. Relates projects and tasks to key organizational objectives, vision, culture, ethics and operating principles, bringing a higher perspective when needed. Displays willingness to make decisions. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. Provides vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates. Builds commitment and overcomes resistance from others. Prepares and supports those affected by change. - Understanding of lean management, Muri, labor Law; payroll. Preferred: SA8000 or comparable,
