- Entry accounting transaction into Accounting System - Prepare & file Annual tax declaration - Prepare & file Staff in & out report to Labor Department. - Prepare & file Patent Tax to Tax department. - Ensure bank and cash book are up to date and agree with accounting system including periodic cash count - Ensure monthly bank reconciliation statements for all bank accounts are up to date - Ensure effective internal control procedures over fixed asset management are in place including periodic fixed assets count, an up-to-date fixed asset register and related reconciliation to accounting system - Review monthly AR reconciliation and aging report to ensure their outstanding balance - Prepare financial report (Monthly, Yearly…)

- University graduate with major in Accounting or Finance - Knowledge related to Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - At least 2-3 years of experience as Accountant at Bank - Leadership, confident and strong presentation skill - Good communication skill - High commitment and willing to learn - Honesty, integrity and responsibility - Strong commitment to achieve the job expectation - Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans - Specking Chinese Language better
