Jobs Description

Primary Function and Responsibilities: - Organize day-to-day project implementation activities in assigned province, including project planning, budgeting, reporting, monitoring and active supervisory support - Collaborate with relevant staff to prepare regular project expenditure plans, monitor, review and report actual expenditure - Represent the project with government departments and in relevant forums/ meetings, as agreed - Coordinate with relevant government health staff and stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of project activities, including the provision of management/ technical support to project staff - Pro-actively collaborate with government health staff and relevant stakeholders to review target locations and negotiate as appropriate to respond to changing patterns of Mobile Migrant Populations (MMP) locations and malaria incidence - Periodically join project staff to conduct outreach to monitor/ supervise service delivery for MMP groups - Facilitate the provision of training/ refresher training to health facility staff and community health workers, as required.

Jobs Requirement

- University level degree or qualified/ experienced clinical practitioner (Medical Assistant or Nurse) with additional years relevant work experience - Minimum of 3 years progressive relevant work experience, working with project teams related to primary and community level health care initiatives - Previous project planning, reporting and data collection experience required - Financial management experience, including basic budgeting skills - Experience of working, supervising and training at the health facility/ community levels, strongly preferred - Working knowledge of data management: primary and community health level data collection/ analysis - Fluency in spoken and written Khmer required, English language skills preferred - Willingness to conduct monitoring in remote/ forested locations (in teams).
