- Carry out task as assigned by the Account Manager. These may include: - Reconcile invoice and identify discrepancies - Create and update expense report - Process reimbursement form - Process figures in to internal database - Review spreadsheet for accuracy - Maintain digital and physical financial recodes - Issue invoices to customer and partners as needed - Assist with monthly and quarterly audits - Prepare bank deposits

- Previous accounting experience - Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures - An understanding off financial regulations - Strong Knowledge of general maths - Experience with MS Excel and accounting software Such as QuickBooks - Must be well presented and punctual - Must be trustworthy and reliable - Preferably have qualification in related field - Age from 20 to 30 years old.
