- Ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Maintenance Department to provide support to all the other departments. - To provide service as required and to maintain equipment, building and grounds in excellent condition. - Direct entire maintenance staff and all activities of maintenance hotel facilities & equipment. - Organizes and oversee all preventive & predictive maintenance programs and maintain the highest quality standards and service level. - Troubleshooting, installation. Building repair and continuous improvement in all engineering and maintenance part with ensuring cost effectiveness. - Prepare the daily work program for all Maintenance Staff

- Graduate Degree in Engineering or related field with good understanding in hotel industry. - Minimum 7 years working experience with the same position in Engineering or Maintenance Dept. - Have knowledge in using MS Office. - Good interpersonal communication skills. - Have good communication skills in English both spoken and written. - Able to self-train quickly to new technologies. - High responsibility and self development.
