- Bachelor of accounting, finance or related fields or at least high school graduate - At least 1 years of experience in accounting/finance and cost control - Skillful in QuickBooks - Proficient in Ms. Office - Able to operate and communicate with all levels of management and staff within the Company - Good problem solving - Self-motivated - Good comment of English - Good English handwriting

Currently our company is looking for a Junior account/admin to fill for following works: - Issue invoices and receipt - Prepare payment receipt sales and journal voucher - Deliver invoice and collect payment to customers - Control A/R and A/P - Go to the bank to deposit and withdraw the money in the bank - Prepare the tax document - Go to tax department - Control fix assets - Assist all admin tasks - Any tasks assign by supervisor Work day: from 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday and Saturday till 12:30 noon have twice coffee break a day.
