Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal process. Bachelor degree (or) Diploma and certificate courses in Business Administration or Marketing Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan. Proven working experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels in a plus point.
