Jobs Description

- Prepare Financial Statement report to GM. - Prepare budgeting and cash flow planning to GM. - Prepare Monthly Cash flow forecasting position - Ensure that sufficient funds are available for meet ongoing operational capital investment requirements - Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedure - Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including to design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives - Oversee all banking procedure and cash expenditure - Oversee all operation of finance & accounting department. - Maintain banking relationships - Assist to determining the company’s proper capital structure - Manage the preparation of the company’s budget - Report to management on variances of the established budget, and the reasons for those variances. - To coordinate and liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors during any of such audits. - Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis all areas the company - Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities. - Participate in target costing activities to create products that meting predetermined price goals. - Maintain and suggest any improvements to the POS dashboard for reporting.

Jobs Requirement

- At lease Bachelor/ master’s degree in finance & Accounting field. - Experience Finance & Accounting Experience and management skill. - At lease 1-2 Years’ experience in Finance & Accounting. - ERP/QuickBooks in accounting software experience Preferred. - Good relationship to communicate effectively to all department of internal resources. - Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills; - Taxation knowledge of all kind of taxation and good relationship with Taxation Dept. - Fluent in English both speaking, writing and presentation skill - Must have experience in retail industry and wholesale would be advantageous - Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. ** Location Office: N248, St.63, Boeung Keangkang1 Commune, Chomkamorn , Phnom Penh. - Position: HR Department - Contact Number: (012/070)-577-327 - Email: jobs@superretail.com.kh ** BENEFITS & CONDITIONS - Working: 5.5 days/week - Time: 8: 00am to 5:00pm - Holiday 18 days, AL 18 - Party staffs & Trip ** Closing date : 30 Oct, 2019
