- Support of launching new products to market - Execute creative solutions related to retail marketing needs (In-store communication/Windows / Product Imagery/Hangtags), from briefing to design, planning, production and distribution. - Creating promotional, advertising and event planning - Developing managing advertising campaigns - Organize trade shows and major events - Building brand awareness and contribute to raising the profile of the company - Evaluating and maintaining marketing strategy - Directing, planning and coordinate marketing plan - Manage and oversee all social media and digital content public relation efforts, marketing content - Build strategic relationships with partner and key industry players - Manage overall marketing budget - Up to date the latest trends best practices online marketing measurement - Communicate to GM about marketing initiative, strategies and prepare reports on marketing activities - Create in-store materials design pack for all store channels, showrooms, tradeshows and new openings - Lead and drive multiple end to end projects and ensure on-time delivery - Control creative and production marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans. Track and monitor budget on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with company approved numbers. - Develop and implement an integrated communications plan - Take full ownership of offline channels - Lead the execution of internal communication
