- Manage the overall warehouse, logistics, and delivery function to achieve the department. - Design and prepare warehouse and logistic department. - Prepare warehouse and logistic budget plan. - Monitor warehouse and logistic operation cost to align with budget plan. - Manage the inventory accuracy through monitoring daily warehouse activities and stock movement in warehouse is under control (FIFO method) to avoid stock loss, damaged, or expiry. - Control fuel consumption and maintenance delivery trucks. - Control and respond physical counting stock of van sales teams. - Provide customers timely good delivery services with maintaining a professional and pleasant communication. - Visit customers to build a good relationship and find out their requirement. - Make sure all orders are delivered to customers OTIF. - Make sure all warehouse and logistics equipment is well repaired and maintenance - Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision - Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations - Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system - Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.) - Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
