Jobs Description

1. Scope of work The Marketing Executive shall be responsible shall be responsible for acting the marketing activities to promote company’s product and service by well cooperation within both after sales service department , Sales department, and FUKADA MACHINERY as a whole. 2. Reporting and authority The Marketing Executive will report to Sales & Marketing Manager and indirect to General Manager. 3. Key Responsibilities • Assess market for opportunities and strategies to achieve sales targets • Assist to develop annual marketing plan for the business and works with team to implement • Set KPIs for individual marketing activities and measure effectiveness and returns • Monitor and analyses competitors’ offer in order to improve offer • Create value and innovation for customers through research • Drives sales by designing sales packages and offers to customers • Manage external creative, media and activation agencies and vendors such as development of marketing briefs, contract negotiations, effective media planning, campaign management and on-ground activation • Evaluate and update product portfolio and flyers/brochures/banner/ flags/signage. • Coach and train sales team on marketing program execution • Recruiting & managing sales agent, parts agent, and service in the potential area • Keep update and reporting the market situation or competition. • Other task will assigned by management.

Jobs Requirement

4. Requirements • Minimum Marketing or Business degree or related field. • Fresh graduate is preferable and more advance if 1-2 years marketing experience. • Broad competence in Automotive or machinery products sales and marketing is necessary. • Demonstrable competence in achieving sales targets, building relationships, delivering customer commitments and negotiating • Good comment in computer literature (Ms Words, Excel, Power Point, and Internet & Email). • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills needed • Competence in managing external agencies • Marketing Planning and Implementation • Ability to motivate and train sales people • Willing to travelling to up country or other provinces if requirement. 5.
