* Job Summary -Become the first Product Manager in Cambodia for an Electric Car brand! -Plan and make strategies to promote all Levdeo to be leading in the Cambodian Markets. -Manage the sales team to become professional sales consultants and good with customer service. -Contribute to the profitability and the performance for selling the product Levdeo to retail clients. He/she is required to promote and present Levdeo in order to maximise and secure sales target. -Identify and visit prospective customers and ensure customers’ satisfaction with the company’s products and maintaining good relationship with customers after sales. * Duties and Responsibilities 1.Full responsibility for Cambodia’s first Electric car brand 2.Full responsibility for showroom, presenting the new electric vehicles. 3.Support the sales team and ensure to reach the monthly target; 4.Train, supervise and encourage the sales team in the showroom and delegate the job. 5.Control the car display in showroom, and make sure all the cars are clean, tidy and create new ideas of showroom decoration; 6.Set up the sales strategies; 7.Collect, analyse and evaluate competitors and a market in order to create sales strategies; 8.Propose the car stock to be available in showroom for sales; 9.Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfil customers’ expectation; 10.Conduct frequent communication with customers by phone call, mail, written letter and visiting to customer premises and build strong relationships. 11.After Sales Service reminder by phone call and ensure customers understand the benefits of Service Maintenance and come for service base on schedule; 12.Conduct and perform other jobs as assigned by GM or Director.
