1. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Verifies asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. - Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries and reconciling significant accounts. - Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies. - Ensure posting entries with sufficient supporting document and details in the system. - All vouchers including bank reconciliation are properly controlled and filed - Monitor cash balance with dealers, mobile agents for Honda, Kubota and Solar products to ensure cash balance is as low as possible, and liaise with POS team (front office team) and collection department to get cash deposited - Solve problem with dealers related to cash collection report, cash deposit and discrepancies - Verifies letter to dealers for cash deposit - Verifies billing to relevant entities and reimbursement notes for all products - Maintains financial security by following internal controls and procedures - Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility - Prepare and maintain weekly report of the weekly tasks of Senior Accountant and direct subordinates - Secures financial information by completing database backups - Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed. - Prepare other reports for management if required. - Maintain good working relationships with your Manager and your peers. - Other duties are assigned from Finance Manager if it is necessary and urgent.

2. QUALIFICATIONS: - Cambodian nationality, age between 24 - 35 years old - Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting. ACCA student or member is given advantage - Good knowledge in local tax regulations and Accounting Standards - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills in English for writing , reading and speaking - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel ) - Experience in handling pressure and challenge work. - Be honest, Loyal, reliable, flexible, innovative, fast learner and hardworking.
