Jobs Description

Job Responsible 1. Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies 2. Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered 3. Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels 4. Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc. 5. Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits 6. Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service 7. Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals 8. Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance 9. Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives 10. Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company's marketing and sales teams 11. Assigns specific employees to marketing and sales projects or client accounts as needed 12. Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures 13. Jobs Requirement

Requirement 1. Experienced more than 7 years of Marketing Sale experience, 2. English communication is well and Speaking Chines is Priority. 3. Having experience in developing a profit strategy and implementing a vision 4. Have a strong understanding about Marketing Strategy work as team work or play role. 5. Familiar with various business functions such as market, public relations and finance. 6. In-depth understanding of corporate governance and general management best practices 7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and good communication skills 8. Master of Business Administration or related.
