- Make, check project plans, breakdown the quantity, make the plan for budget and identify necessary resources; - Make the draft of contracts for projects; - Prepare the reports for Project (Monthly, weekly, daily, Plan, Methods….); - Manage payment records (Main contractor, subcontractors); - Regularly study and maintain strict adherence to budget guidelines, quality standards and safety; - Make the Quotation, drawings and the other arising work for the project; - Other missions given by Project Manager
