Jobs Description

- Provides all clerical and procedural support as needed, assisting in all admin work for the company - To organizing meetings & arrange for transportation - Take down notes during meeting - Assist in all kinds of report compilation, documents, maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases - Update and maintain office policies and procedures - Order office supplies & handle company petty cash - Maintain contact list - Monitor inventory logistics together with finance, purchasing and warehouse team - Literate capable in writing / copywriting & proofreading all documents (Khmer & English is a MUST) - Able to help in all projects & events, experience in related work scope is a plus (e.g. marketing, FMCG or alcohol sales) - To conduct research & analyze data as required - Familiar with Digital marketing & social media management (such as online posting – Facebook) - To develop good internally & externally relationships with all key stakeholders

Jobs Requirement

- Bac II or Bachelor degree, English language, or related field such as communications, - Language requirement: Khmer (native) & English - Previous experience as a secretary is a plus - Be very hardworking - Excellent time management skill - Able to be flexible in working hours (sometime overtime at night) - Willing to be hands-on to get their hands dirty if required (during events) - IT skills (proficient in MS Office like word, powerpoint, excel is a MUST) & other software is good to know - Able to adapt in challenging, pressuring & fast-paced environment - Have good planning & organizing skills - Have strong drive & ambitious with self-motivation - Able to deal with numbers (basic accounting & calculation skills) - Creative & have a strong attention to detail - Have good teamwork & communication skills ** HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates should submit their CV including a cover letter, with a current photo (4X6) and with expectation salary to hradmin@crownresort.com only short-listed applicants will be contacted for interview.
