Supervise And Guide The Sales Rep. And Beer Promoter Officer That Is Under His/her Assigned Areas. To Ensure That Performance Are At Optimal Level; Monitor Closely The Sales Performance Of The Company’s Brands And Products To Ensure That Sales Volumes And Targets Are Achieved; Measure And Evaluate The Performance Of The Sales Force And Distributor; Execute Promotional And Merchandising And Representatives In Negotiation Of Sponsorship And Contracts; Managing The Distribution And To Ensure That The Distributors Achieve Their Set Targets; Generating Daily, Weekly And Monthly Sale Reports; Ensuring That All Claims Are Complies With Company Policy; And Other Assignment May Require To Do Time By Time.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor Degree In Sales And Marketing Or Other Related Field. 2 Or 3 Years Experienced In Sales Supervisor Role Able To Flexible Working Hour Good Communications (oral & Written Khmer/English) Skills Strong Commitment And Result-oriented Attitude Possess Valid Driving License Is A Must
