• Male or Female with age under 40 years old • Min Bachelor degree in HR management or Political Science studies. MBA would be a plus • Min 5 year experiences in HR field from factory industry • Very good command of spoken and written English. • good Leadership skill • good Communication skill both verbal and written • Strong problem solving and negotiation skill • Have knowledge of Cambodia labor Law • Ability to travel from time to time • Logical thinking and good results with balancing to People management • Role model for Team player • Able to work under pressure • Be able to stay in factory at Battambong
