JOB TITLE:Executive – Sales Operations JOB LEVEL: Executive, Grade 5 REPORTING TO: Senior Supervisor – Sales Operations DIVISION/DEPARTMENT:Sales and Distribution LOCATION:Battambang, Cambodia Job Mandate: The Executive – Sales Operations works with various stakeholders including the LIC Management Team, the DSSC and the NBUW teams. Primarily the Executive serves as a coordinator between the related departments and the LIC Management Team and the LICs on policy and events-related administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities: Events Management: 1. Assist in event management of the LIC Channel. This includes venue arrangement, invitation card, and confirmation on quantity etc. 2. Ensure full facility support on event of the LIC Channel. Administrative Support: 1. Assist LICs in the application process. This includes helping in printing of PRUquote, providing application forms and related forms, guiding the LICs in completing the application forms, standing orders and application submission and therefore minimizing the chance of having Incomplete Application (IA). 2. Liaise with LICs, the LIC Senior Sales Supervisors and related departments to follow up on policy status. This includes working with the DSSC and NBUW teams on expediting policy issuance through inviting customers to ME (Medical Examination), requesting for clearance of IA and other pending policies. 3. Prepare related report for the LIC Management Team. 4. Other duties as necessary. Key Accountabilities: Direct report to Senior Supervisor-Sales Operations, Executive-Sales Operations assists the Senior Supervisor in: 1. Serving as a central point for administrative tasks between the LIC Management Team, DSSC, NBUW and Training teams. 2. Supporting event management efforts. 3. Provide reports on related tasks to the LIC Management Team.

Jobs Requirement

Key Success Factors: 1. Qualification: Preferably a bachelor’s degree graduate in the field business administration with a good command of English including ability of basic translation. 2. Experience: At least 2-year professional experience. Prior work in sales and administrative position in private sector is strongly desirable 3. Knowledge/Skills: Good computer and MS office knowledge. Strong communication and organizing skills. Passionate, learned and customer-oriented.
