- Conduct on-site visit and measurement the client’s property, - Prepare the property valuation report both Khmer and English for client, - Achieve the target given by manager and company, - Quick response to client queries with offer the best solution, - Update any issues and requirements on valuation service to management, - Keep track and update the real estate knowledge and market, - Reporting to manager, - Other tasks assign by management.

- Has bachelor degree in any fields, bachelor in Land Management and Land Administration is plus - One-year experience in property valuation, - Has knowledge on Cambodia’s real estate sector, - Can work inside and outside office, - Highly motivated to work in real estate sector, - Ability to work under pressure, - Has a good communication skill and ability to interact with client, - Be flexible, teamwork, influencing, negotiation, and convince, - Be patient, hardworking, honesty, integrities, and strong commitment, - Be able to communicate effectively in Khmer and English, - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AutoCAD, Google maps, and Google Earth. ** Working Condition and Benefit - Working Day : 5 days per week, Monday to Friday - Working Hour : 8 hours per day – with adaptability - Public Holiday: Follow by Royal Government of Cambodia - Leave : Follow by Cambodian Law - Insurance : National Social Security Fund (NSSF) - Salary Scale : Highly competitive (250 USD up) - Commission : Competitive in the industry - Capability Building: Get more training to improve Real Estate knowledge and skills.
