1. Check water utilities system in the facility/factory. 2. Check and control on flour wet content. 3. Operate the water filter machine and all water pump systems to supply for factory using. 4. Flour quality analysis and control in the factory. 5. Issuance of quality assurance certificate to client. 6. Check raw and fresh cassava. 7. Check and analyze of fresh cassava and calculation product percentage. 8. Monitor the production and sanitation. 9. Monitor the chemical which is mix in water tank for treatment 10. Prepare monthly work plan. 11. Prepare monthly report and submit to production manager.
