Jobs Description

- Perform secretarial and office administrative duties - Daily checking all department attendance - Supporting New Hire Orientation activities - Follow up repair and maintenance of office supplies and equipment - Verify office expenses and payments - Respond to employee questions regarding all HR areas - Check and prepare monthly employees, accommodation and office assets report - Assist in the planning and organization of employee events - Performing other assignments as requested by management

- Knowledge of time management and business administration - Able to use Chinese language - Able to use in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email)  - Strong communication and interpersonal skill - Ability to work under pressure - Willing to learn new things - Other tasks assign by management
