Jobs Description

* Job Summary: Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies and sale operations. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of sales programs. Recommend and implement customer care initiative program to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Leads and directs large group of salesforces. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. *Key Responsibilities: 1.Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. 2.Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans 3.Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors 4.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies and self-learning. 5.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 6.Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales forces to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved 7.Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team, key account managers and manage the sales program accordingly. 8.Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates, affiliates, and key account managers to generate leads and close new deals 9.Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them 10.Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics 11.Consolidate daily report and report to top management. 12.Leads and implements Facebook LIVE sales, and physical sales at the store.
