- Work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery to the restaurant and in good condition. - Daily receive products and organize into storage - Check daily invoices to match with price list from suppliers and posting daily purchasing records - Keep contact and maintain suppliers and item price database, sources of supplies, contact persons and addresses and provide updates in a regular basis - Work closely with Chef and Bar Manager for daily product order in the restaurant - Monthly stock counts and report to management - Manage to do daily checking all equipment and contact to maintenance to do fixing - Check and follow up the laundry, pest control and air conditioners for maintenance - Accept other work arranged by the managers
