-Develop business plan and strategies to fulfill the company’s vision and mission -Effectively lead and control the sales team to implement sales promotion -Follow up and control the sales team performance and monitor working procedures. -Introduce/implement effective management system to actively engage all members of the management team and staff to optimize company’s performance. -Execute marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the business plan. -Work with the sales team in the market place in order to catch and push them to increase sales volume. -Training and Coaching sales team on job to build up Team Cooperation and Passion -Support and coordinate with Team and Clients to solve the problem -And other tasks assign by Sale Manager or Management

-Male/ Female - Bachelor degree in Sale and Marketing or other related field -At least 3 years experiences in sales and marketing -Strong sales techniques, excellent closing and negotiating skills -Self-confident with doing tasks - Good hospitality -proficiency in speaking and writing English or Chinese is Advantage -Leadership Skills is must -Good presentation, negotiation. -Good Leadership/Management skill. -Good problem solving skill Reliable and active person. -Excellent negotiation and internal & external relationship building -Computer literacy Ms. Office and E-marketing
