- Manage warehouse team to make sure they work under their roles with effective and efficiency - Oversea receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures - Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring - Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system - Maintains physical conditions of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement - Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employee; following up on work result - Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and motivating employee - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Handle shipments, receiving goods on times, process into system and report for discrepancies - Communicate and coordinate with all departments to ensure that all related with warehouse smoothly operated - Join event and any activities in term of group requirement - Ad-hoc jobs required if needs

- Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline or equivalent - At lease 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Expertise in warehouse management procedure and best practices - Numerical skill, Monitoring skills, determination computer literate, and passion in documents and filling control - Proven ability to work in team and good time management - Excellent interpersonal, Communication, Negotiation, Strong Decision Making, and problem solving skills - Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and deadline; - Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic. ** An excellent benefit package and competitive salary will be offered to successful candidates.
