- Assist in processing and compiling related document on sale and purchase order - Assist inventory department in managing product procurement and ensure stock levels are maintained at an efficient level - Manage and Monitor status of back order requisitions - Execute and Monitor inventory system, justify monthly transaction documents and report in tally to the inventory system - Ensure 100% inventory reconciliation accuracy within accepted tolerance - To conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly stock count - Assist superior to devise ways to optimize inventory control procedure - Verify shipments and report for discrepancy issues - Collaborate with warehouse employee and other staff to ensure zero failure are met - Report to superior about inventory level - Responsible for inventory control reconciliation and reporting which submitted to managements - Ad-hoc jobs required if needs

- Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline or equivalent - At least 2 years of working experience in related field - Excellent in monitoring skills, determination computer literate, and passion in documents and filling control - Excellent interpersonal, Communication and problem solving skills - Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and deadline; - Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic.
