- Maintaining the building in good repairing of MEP system. - Assuring the electrical system in good working order. - All electrical are in good working order include call light, Emergency Power, Signals, Fire alarms and exit light. - Assuring all plumbing is in working order and in good repair. - Other tasks assigned by manager and supervisor.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor or associated degree in electrical, mechanical or other related filed. - At least 2 years experiences in related filed. - Has basic knowledge about server & network installation - Be patient, self-motivated & team building capabilities. - Good at English communication, writing, reading, and speaking. - Be able to use computer program such as Microsoft office, internet, and email.
