1. Responsible for the Sales and Marketing for driving business revenue performance and development of the new business opportunity; 2. Drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of department and to achieve revenue target; 3. Manage warehouse space to lease or sell services to customers, suppliers and transport companies; 4. Consult customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving; 5. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects and LSA Management (Create contract proposal in proper solutions for the company); 6. Conduct one-on-one review with all subordinate to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs and provide insight for the improvement of the team sales and activity performance; 7. Create and conduct proposal presentations, quotation, and RFQ responses; 8. Attend internal meetings, seminars, working groups and provide reports and analysis as required.

1. Have Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Logistics or related business filed; 2. Have at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, and related business filed; 3. Must be fluent in English (Business Level communication); 4. Good knowledge & experience in Microsoft Office; 5. Can work under pressure; 6. Good at managing team; 7. Good at developing leadership skill, Motivation Skill, Analytical problem solving skill, and Sales and marketing Planning/Organization Skill; 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 9. Well-organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively.
