Jobs Description

- Build up and manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits. - Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business. - Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizes growth within the existing customer base. - Act as the customers’ main contact point, by liaising closely with the relevant departments within the company to ensure that their queries, problems or issues to be solved. - Understand market situation, promptly report any changing trends of the market and competitors to senior manager. - Participate internal quality assessment, detect and propose remedies, prevent inconsistent current or potential services and workflow. And always thinking how to improve business as well as how to organize the work efficiently. - Adhere to regional standard profit margins and discount guidelines. - Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager and by Station Manager.

Jobs Requirement

- University degree, major in the relevant fields. - Good written and spoken English and Chinese - Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) - Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service - Ability to work under pressure and have good team work and regular job rotation spirit - Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working - Own transportation - Min 1- 2 years’ experience in related field is preferable - Working for Logistics Company is preferred. INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS  Report directly to Senior Key Account  Report Indirectly to Station Manager  Interaction to Operations, CS, FIN SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS – WORKING CONDITIONS & OTHERS  Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned  Go to business trip as required  Joining some other Projects as required
