Job Description - Greeting guests courteously with a smile. - Greeting & provide information to customer - Make daily report of incoming call and outgoing - Take the water to visitor - Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by hand over to the right department - Handling guests complains and solutions. - Handle request monthly staff birthday - Answer incoming calls and address customer’s referring inquires - Do some admin/HR task - Other work assigned by direct supervisor
